dump Cueluxpro to Cuecore2

Hi,
i've been trying to figure out all day what i'm doing wrong now but i can't get my Cuelux pro cue's to dump to the Cuecore2.
i see that the cuecore is connected to and mastered by Cuelux pro and the cue core is sending out the correct DMX. but when i try to dump a cue to the cuecore the track stays empty.

any idea's what im doing wrong?

can you give us your complete process to dump cue to cuecore?

Hi,

Perhaps you can share your showfile? Or explain what is in the playback that you are dumping, and the cue conditions (halt, follow) etc.
There are some combinations that don't work for dumping.

Hi,

sorry for the late respons but after a long night of trying i figured out the problem.
the Cuecore 2 apparently doesn't allow dumps when the pasword is active. After i disabled the pasword in the Cucore webbrowser it worked just fine.
