Hello,

We have purchased a Cuelux2 and we have downloaded Cuelux version 1.6.29.  After installing the Cuelux software, I go to the hardware
under options, and I see  "This CueCable is not from Visual Productions.  Please help.  Thank you! I have tried finding the driver manually and tried installing it, and Windows tells me that there is a error that has something to do with the signature? Please help! Thank you!

For some reason the new versions of windows 10 and windows 11 do not like our driver,
To get it working you need to make a manual installation of the driver,
I join to this post a pdf indicating the whole process with screen shots.

In your case you first need to use teh file explorer to go to c:\program files\visual productions\cuelux10629\drivers
In this folder you will see a zip file called "cuecable_win64_driver" you need to unzip it in the win 64 folder.

Now press the windows key of your keyboard and type "CMD" it will propose you to open the command prompt. Do a right click on it to open it as administrator.
In the command prompt type cd \Program Files (x86)\Visual Productions\Cuelux10629\drivers\win64 and press enter.
Then type "install" and press enter.
This should install all the required drivers.

Then everything should work fine in Cuelux.
