B station 2 connection LED don't work

Hi,

I got a brand new b station 2 but the white/red LED doesn't work. I connect my b station to a PoE switch and I get the green led signals near the RJ45 plug.

Anybody any idea, maybe a factory reset or so?

Hi Jörg,

Not sure if I understand correctly, the B-Station2 does not have a red/white heartbeat LED like the CueCore's. It should flash the button leds red or white when you press the button on the back to switch between DHCP (red) and static IP (white). Does that work? Can you see the B-Station2 in vManager?

Hi Bootsy,

I don't see the b station in the v manager and the led's don't light up when I push the little button on the backside. I only see the green led's around the RJ45 connector to tell me the b station gets power from the PoE switch ...

I think the B-Station2 might be defective. Please contact  your distributor or support at visualproductions.nl.
