I have my Quadcore connected directly to my iMac via ethernet. Last week it just stopped working at our church. I have no idea what happened. I don't know anything about lighting. Help!

Hello Roadthrasher,

It seems your computer and QuadCore are not in the same IP range.
If you are directly connected without a router you can do the following to change this the IP address.

1. In vManger click on options.
2. Look at the list "LOCAL IP ADDRESSES".
3. Close the popup.
4. Select the QuadCore.
5. Click on the IP Address.
6. Click on change.
7. Click on Static.
8. Enter a new IP address.
Set it to an IP address of your computer +1 or -1. (This list from step 2) Please make sure the IP address you enter does not end with a 0 or 255.
9. Click Ok.
10. You should now be able to use the QuadCore as normal.

Best regards,

In your previous post you said that your Quadcore was directly connected to your computer, can you tell me what part of the network had been updated?
Do you still see the Quadcore in Vmanager?

I'm having this same issue. My Mac cannot find the B-station. The b-station will show up and then disappear every 30 seconds. Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?
