I want to use this light on a 7ch i can use it but when i do i cant use the colour mix it only works on 4ch can someone please help. I have not updated my cuelux would this make a difference? Thanks

I have checked the fixture file available in the factory folder and there are all the modes that are listed in the manual.
I have updated the file that you can download with this post. I hope this will work.
The fact that your cuelux is not up-to-date should not have any impact on the fixture files available.
