Hello,
We have the following issue:
Our Cameo Movbeam Z100 weren't showing up in cuety anymore.
After trying some stuff, including making a factory reset of the LPU-1, we finally got them to work again by patching them in Cuety again.
That is working so good so far.
But now the Default configuration is gone.
It always had a basic Configuration with a lot of buttons already set up (lots of moves, default colors, etc... set-up).
I think this came according to the lights.
Is there now a way to get it back?

Or isn't this a default configuration and was set-up by the person who set up this whole cuety thing for us?

hello
I am sorry to ear that you had issues using our LPU controller.
Glad to ear that you get your fixtures working back again but cuety is not including any preprogrammed cues including movements, gobos or color. So the "basic" configuration you were using should had been done by someone who set up the system before.
Maybe one backup had been done, and you could load it back going into "options"  and select a show file back up. To load it click on "open".
Before loading a new file, do not forget to backup your current showfile clicking on "new" and then " save".

If it's not working you may ask to the person who made the installation, they maybe have a backup of the show file.
I hope this will help you.

Thanks for your answer.
So the show files stores the configuration, right?
We have now restored most of the things by hand and even made them better  ;D

Thank you for the help!
