Author Topic: Help - Cuety app on Ipad not seeing LPU1 device  (Read 157 times)

I am just starting and have followed the instructions/video and can't see the LPU1 device under options. I am using a router with DHCP and the device connection to the router and is accessible from the Cuety app running on windows. However, the Cuety app on the ipad on the same router but obviously accessing via wifi does not see the device. What am I doing wrong. PS the LPU1 is in DHCP mode (flashing red)

This is really strange, if you can see the LPU on Cuety on your computer that means that the LPU is working.
If it was an IP setting issue, then the LPU will be displayed in the Cuety list but with an orange IP address.
So this could be that your Ipad is not connected on the right network, or your router settings blocked the connection of the Wifi to the wired network.

Julien, thanks for your reply. It was odd indeed. I tried pinging the IP address of the LUP1 from the ipad and that was fine. So I deleted the Cuety app from the ipad and reinstalled the app, and it found the device.
