Not really complicated to do.
Open the midimap file in a text editor, and find this block in the Akai APC Mini MKII (lines 1658 - 1663)

Quote
<action>
                    <trigger type="Midi" specifier="Down">Channel 0 - Message 9 - Index 122</trigger>
                    <tasks>
                        <task type="Special" feature="Blackout" function="Toggle"/>
                    </tasks>
                </action>

Update it to get like this:

Quote
<action>
                    <trigger type="Midi" specifier="Change">Channel 0 - Message 9 - Index 122</trigger>
                    <tasks>
                        <task type="Special" feature="Blackout" function="Control"/>
                    </tasks>
                </action>

Hey Julien, unfortunately this has caused the blackout button to have no function!

This is strange I do not have a MKii here to test but testing it on the APCmini it works fine.
Can you try with this new midimap?

Thank you, this works! It turns out it was an error I was making. I had the BO toggle map in Factory folder and was adding the BO Flash to the User Folder, doing this would make the BO Flash map not work properly. Have only one mapping in only one of the folders is what made the BO Flash mapping work. It might be a bug in 1.6.2.6?

Thanks again for all the help! I really appreciate all the edits!

Glad to know that it is working fine now.
This is a strange behaviour, but I will have a look at it.
Enjoy ;)
