My bad, I just googled for Cuelux and Akai.

I don't understand why there are different maps ... and yes, it's time for some updates on the software. Last Version is from 2022 ...

Cuelux and Cuelux Pro, even if they look like the same are quite different in the background.
Cuelux pro has many more buttons and functions than Cuelux, so we had to change the keyword in the midimaps file.

Cuelux pro is an end of life product, we are not promoting it anymore for 3 years now, and today, it is only proposed as a backup plan for CueCores user to record some tracks in the CueCore's internal memory.

There is no plan to add any new features to it, and the next update will only be to update the fixture library, and probably include the new midimap.

What a bummer ...

Then at least make Cuelux work with the CueCore 2 / Quadcore

Supported by software tools
We have bundled the CueCore3 with various software tools. CueluxPro is software-based lighting console that enables you to create lighting content that can be uploaded to the CueCore's internal memory.

Even the CueCore 3 is promoted together with Cuelux Pro ...

Sadly having Cuelux to work with more than 1 universe will require even more work than updating Cuelux Pro.

We will propose Cuelux pro with the CueCore 3 as a backup tool to create some content in the CueCore3 memory, for this purpose it is working fine.
The features of Cuelux pro that are more "Live" oriented like the midi control are not currently in our priority list.

I was personally one of the first user of Cuelux Pro for live events, and it was great to use, but our company is now focusing on Architectural and system integration markets with a full range of products dedicated to them, sadly we do not have enough ressources to create new great products and keep supporting Cuelux Pro.
