Hi,
we are successfully using the Cuety LPU-2 for 6 months now. But since yesterday some theater spots can't be controlled. Therefore other spots are flashing randomly. Even when no Cue is selected. I tried an other DMX-Software and the spots are working fine. So there is no broken cable or something. I also tried an old backup setup, but the failure is the same. The interface has the newest update. Do you have an advice for me?

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you can try to activate the slow dmx function of the LPU2.
To do that you need to use the Vmanager software, you can download it for free on your website:
https://www.visualproductions.nl/downloads/
Once your LPU2 selected in Vmanager, you will see at the bottom of the information list the "Slow DMX " function, it is set to 'no" by default. If you do a double click on it or click on change it will activate it.
I hope his will solve your problem;  :)

I installed the latest firmware 1.30 and activated "Slow DMX", but the malfunction is still there. I'm wondering because everything worked fine till last week.

OK,
You can do a last few tests.
1st - disconnect the LPU and see if the lights are still flashing.
2nd - connect only one fixture to the LPU output and see if it works

Waiting for your answer :)

There is a possibility you selected a profile of your fixture for 3-channel, and your spot is in fact set to 5-channel. This can cause overlap in DMX-address range and the 4th and 5th channels are usually for e.g. stroboscope. If this channel  is triggered by the signal from another spot, your spot can randomly flash.
