Hello, we use a Frontier for our venue.

We cleaned our pc and disconnected the device.
After startup the PC the Frontier was detected as an new device.
I installed the Frontier with the wright driver.
The Frontier connects with VisualDMX.
I can read an write to the Frontier in the tool: Track view.
Also the test ''Blink'' does work.
When I select an Slot on the device itself my lights (scanners) are changing the move but it stays dark in our venue.
So for us is this an malfunction witch I do not know how to solve?
Can anybody help me with this?

MY DEVICE IS NOW WORKING!!

Yes, it was solved by an firmware update and then an reboot.
