Kiosc not booting

Hello !

Since yesterday, a kiosk that we installed at a customer's site displays this at startup. (see attached)

I haven't been there yet, but a full reboot doesn't change anything.
Any idea what it could be? What I can do about it?

Setup:
- Kiosc
- Cuety LPU-2

this is a problem we are having with the version 1.15.12
There is a procedure to unlock the screen and then be able to update the Kiosc Touch to an higher version where the problem is fixed.
I will send you this procedure by email.
