Hello,
I am new to timecore and and Visual Productions.

I have previous experience with the now discontinued mif4 (rip). I am not a lighting guy or a video guy. I am a playback tech that just needs the timecore to read the incoming timecode from my qlab session via the output on my playback rack.

Out the box it would seem it needs programming to do so.

Can anyone help me with how I go about setting it up

Thanks :)

Hello,
We hope you will enjoy using our Timecore.

You can find all the "start" information on the "quick start" card in the box.

The first steps are easy:
-connect the Timecore to your computer via a cable
-download and start our Vmanager application
- if needed edit the Timecore or your computer Ip address ( IP must be displayed in white)
- select the Timecore in the left column
- click on browse
- go on setting page in teh web interface
- select the Timecode input and timecode output, and all settings you want!

That's it,
Enjoy ;)

You're welcome, :)
Buttons get a default programming but you can change it by going into the showcontrol page.
Select the "button" action list, and the. You will be able to see the 2 existing actions linked to the buttons.
To understand how it works you can just select and action and click on "edit".
Enjoy ;)
