Hi all!!

Is there any options to have different levels of security on Kiosc Touch?
Like, the highest (admin) can do anything, make changes in to the settings and use all (pages) controls as lights, etc...
And lower ones (users) can  just use a predefined pages and can't do any changes in the settings?
for example in the kiosc editor, you could specify to which groups each page belongs.
Next, define which groups users can participate in and determine the passwords (pins) for the users.
Let say page 1 belong to group 1, page 2 to group 1, page 3 to group 2.. and user 1 can participate in group 1 & 2 but user 2 can only participate in group 2, etc
And is there possible to have lock screen as an example welcome screen with picture as background or something that is not black - empty screen and when you touch keyboard appears for PIN/Password entry?

Thank you!

In kiosc editor you can easily set a page as password protected.
Then you just need to activate the pin code in the settings of kiosc.
This way you can have pages with access for all users and have some admin pages protected by password.
The admin pages can also be set as "invisible" and make a button to access the page.
Button can also be invisible if you use an image in the normal layout as a button.

Once again, thank you Julien for answer.
If i understand you right, you just check pin protection for (under) a page?
Then you have only one pin setup, yes? so just one level/user?
Once you unlock the page, does it stay unlocked until you open the next page?
I tried using sleep mode but it doesn't work as I would like.
It would make sense to me if the pages (which were unlocked) would lock after the Kiosk goes into sleep mode (like a cell phones...), but it doesn't
and "unauthorised" persons have access to them.
So in my case I have tech crew who know what they are doing with the system and I have other staff who will only
use the Kiosk to turn the hall on and off. Because of this i'd like to separate access to pages, like, page  1 will only have
hall turn on and off for all users and other pages for only tech as presentation page, show page and so on..
Any suggestion?
And at the end how can i setup button(s) to show invisible page(s)?

many thanks!

Yes if you activate the password protection you will only have 2 levels of access. One for normal users and one for advanced users.
The access to a password protected page is ok as long as you stay on the page. If you go to an other page and go back on the protected one then you will have to type the pin code again.
If you want the kiosc to go back to a normal user page after a while you can use a timer in the cuecore that will call back the main page at the end of the timer.

To access an invisible page from a button just use the "jump to page" function in the "behavior" tab of kiosc editor.

Everything works fine except timers.
I have timer 1  reserved for relays and i setup timer 2 for "Home" screen on Kiosc Touch, but when i'm starting the action with timer -> time -> set -> 2 - > 30'  and  timer -> Playstate  -> 2 - > start
always starts timer 1.

Any idea why?

Yes, we currently have a bug on the last firmware version with the timers.
This will be fixed with the next firmware version that should be realeased this week.
