Bugreport: Lite-Puter DX-1220 Personality file not detected.

Hello,

I still have a Lite-Puter DX-1220 Dimmer pack,
The personality file for it IS in Cuelux but it doesn't pop up in my patch menu. but in vBuilder it does show up under Factory Models.
And if I try to recreate the dimmer manually using vbuilder it also doesn't show up in the patch menu.
Hopefully you guys can fix this issue.

I am running the following windows and cuelux(2) versions:

Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3271)

Cuelux Software: Version 1.6.6

Cuelux 2 Controller:
PCB Version 2.0
Firmware Version 1.03

hello,
The limit of the number of subfixtures Cuelux can manage is 10, as the Lite-Puter Dx-1220 has 12 sub-fixtures ( individual control of each dimmer) Cuelux is not displaying it in the list.
But it would be available in Cuelux Pro,

In your case, you can just patch 2 Lite-Puter DX-626A that is in the list, and this way you will have the 12 dimmers available.

Thanks for letting me know this, i already figured something like the software only supporting 10 sub-fixtures would be true.
And just like you said; patching 2 DX626-A's does indeed work since i already tested this before making this report.
But can i use the CueluxPro Software on my Cuelux2?

Could you tell me what is happening when you are patching 2 DX-626A in Cuelux?
I tested it and it seems to work fine for me.

Sadly, Cuelux Pro is not compatible with the Cuelux2 interface.
Our Cuecores and Quadcore are the compatible interfaces for Cuelux Pro.
