how to update Kiosc Touch

I was programming a project with Kiosc Touch and CueCore2 from Windows 10 Pro. The Kiosc app told me to upgrade the Kiosc Touch v1.15.12 to v1.17.19 (or higher). I think that should be done via vManager. Problem was, that the Kisoc Touch never appeared in the vManager v1.6.29. I tried both the app from the Windows Store and the downloadable .exe-file. I can see the CueCore2 but not the Kiosc Touch.

Any idea?

At least the programming of the Kiosc Touch worked without any issue.

Downloading the latest version of Vmanager via the windows store should give you access to the version 1.31 of Vmanager.
This version will include the firmwares 1.16.17 and 1.17.18 for Kiosc Touch.

If your Kiosc touch is not displayed in Vmanager, could you check if you actually have a router Ip set in the Kiosc Touch settings? Even if you do not have a router in your setup leaving this input empty can block the Kiosc Touch network connection.
