I am sorry to hear that, very strange that none of the apps are working... I haven't heard of that happening before.
Which store apps did you try? And which *.exe programs?
Can you see if there are any log files for the *.exe programs? These should be located in the program directory in your documents. Something like:
"documents/Visual Productions/CueluxPro/Logs"
If so, can you send some of the latest for different programs? You can send it to support at visualproductions.nl
One last question, are you using Microsoft OneDrive?
