Hello

I used Cuety with an internet connexion by wifi

With Cuelux the interface Cuelux 2 use USB.

Is someone find a system for Cuelux with a wifi/ethernet connexion ? I have a router for my mixer and my speaker management system and I would like to add Cuelux on the same network...

Tks

Hi, the Cuelux 2 interface will always be on USB.

The only option I see at the moment is having the computer with the Cuelux app/program that is running on the network (with wifi) that you are using for your audio.
You can then connect the Cuety Remote app with that Cuelux program, and control the lights that way.

Let us know if that helps you out!

Hi

Yes, it works !

But there is a bug : The color off the buttons with the application doesn't change.

Other questions :
- How can I change the delay between the click and the stop of a cue (approximately 1 s with Cuelux but not with Cuety)
- How can I have a button Black out with the application ?

Tks

The fact that the buttons doesn't change colors in Cuety remote when used with Cuelux is a known bug, it will be fixed in a next version of it.

I am not sure I understand your question about the delay.
In both cases, doing a long press on a playback or clicking on the "release' button and the on the playback should release the playback instantly.

Maybe you have a "release" time set in your playbacks in Cuelux?

I answered your question about the blackout button in our other post. There is no blackout button in the Cuety remote. In your other post I did not notice this was related to using Cuety remote with Cuelux, so the solution I gave you creating a solo Playback cannot be used in Cuelux as there is not this option in Cuelux.  Sorry about that.

I hope this will help you anyway,
Enjoy ;)

Ok

So :
- Change colors of the button : Cool!!! I'm looking forward to the change :)

- Delay : With Cuety remote or Cuelux software, when I "push" the button to switch on a cue, it's work instantly. When I "push" the same button to switch off the cue, there is a delay (approximately 1s) between the push and the real switch off of the cue. When I do the same with Cuety remote with Cuety, there isn't this delay, it's instantaneous. In live, this delay is a problem for me. I don't have a release time set in Cuelux.

- BO button : You prepare a new version of Cuety Remote... Please... You can add a modification to use the logo "Visual Production" as a BO button for Cuelux ;)

Cheers

thank you for your feedback, I am sorry about the issues you are facing using our Cuety Remote.
I will report those problems to the engineers to improve that in the next release.

When you release a playback from Cuelux, does the app directly react but Cuelux has a delay or is the app reaction also have a delay?
