Cuelux 1.6.34 does not start after installation | Win 11 Pro 24H2 26100.4349

I am trying to install the latest version on my computer, the installation is successful, and then the program does not start, nothing happens at all.
I also tried to install it on three other work laptops, but the same thing. There's also Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

Version 1.6.29 also does not start after installation.
I tried to install an existing copy from the disk with version 1.3.96. It installs and runs without any problems, files appear in the documents, but the program cannot be updated, it says that no updates have been found.

I am sorry to read that you are having problems installing Cuelux on your computer.
it is not the first time we are having some problems with windows 11 pro.
It seems it is a files access rights problems.
When starting, Cuelux needs to create and write the option file, if it cannot it will not start.
I think this is what it is happening to you.
Di you try to start Cuelux as an administrator ( doing a right click and "start as administrator)?

I reinstalled the program on a clean basis and tried to run it as an administrator. It didn't work, it still won't start.

Yes. Windows 11 Pro. Unfortunately, it is not possible to test on other  Win versions

well , i am quite sure this is a rights problem to access the user folder.
When it starts Cuelux tries to create an "options" file in the user folder. If this doesn't work, then Cuelux doesn't start.
Coudl you check if you have a visual Productions folder in your user/mydocuments folder and if yes if you have a Cuelux folder with option file in it?

I was gone for a long time, because I installed the old version from a copy of the disk and it worked. Now I wanted to upgrade, I tried it on the new 25H2, but it still doesn't work. Yes, options are not created in my documents, although I have granted the maximum rights for the application.

Did you check if the "my document" folder is synchronised with OneDrive?
If yes, turn off the synchronisation.
