Strobe isnt working properly with Cuelux

Hey,

i have a problem with cuelux. I recently bought the Cuelux2 device and everything is working fine except for that one strobe (Eurolite LED Strobe COB Pro 8x20W DMX RGB). The problem that occurs is that it isn't working properly on the highest strobe speed. When set for the highest strobe speed (DMX Value 255) it strobes irregulary. I already tested the strobe with other  lighting consoles and it works properly, so it seems to be either a problem with the Cuelux program or the Cuelux2 device.

If there's anyone who knows how to fix the problem it would be highly appreciated.

I read your message, and think there might be a discrepancy in the personality file that you used.
Could you indicate which model you chose in Cuelux? Or make a screenshot if that is easier ;-)

Also: Could you send us (a link to) the manual of this fixture? I was looking online but it seems hard to find now.
Then I can have a look if this is a profile that already existed, or has to be made to help you out.

thanks for your reply. I used the LED Strobe COB Pro fixture and modified it. The channels themself worked and every channel did what it's supposed to do, except that on the highest value the strobe works irregulary.

Hereby an updated Eurolite file.

I have added the fixture as a different one from the already existing two channel LED Cob Pro.

Please test before using in a live environment. Since we do not have access to the actual fixture(s) unexpected behaviour may occur
