Hello,
Yesterday something quite bizarre happened.
I have 5 moving heads on a bar.
I have one playback preset to move them all aiming at a certain area (stage)
Then I have a playback to move just 3 of them somewhere else (dancefloor), while the first playback stays active.
This is because sometimes I am asked to do some dancefloor lighting so I can press the first playback for stage and then the second when I need to move some to the dancefloor.
It has always worked, activate first playback (all movers aim to the stage), then press the second playback and 3 of them go to the dancefloor while the other 2 stay on stage.
Well yesterday there was NO WAY to make it work, the second playback would just not work and all the movers stayed on the stage.
Tried to delete them and make them again, no luck.
Had to do 2 different playbacks presets one affecting the 2 on stage and one for the 3 for the dancefloor.

Why is that ?!?! Nothing has changed. Tried power cycling both LPU-2 and fixtures, closing/opening App, no luck.

Many thanks for reading !
Fran

Hi Fran,

Thank you for your message. Sorry to hear that your setup did not perform as it used to.
It is weird indeed that out of the blue things don't work as they did shortly before.
What you could do to troubleshoot is have a computer on the same network as the LPU-2, and browse to its IP address.
There you will find a monitoring page. When pressing the presets on Cuety, have a look at what happens to the channels of your fixtures, and whether that is as expected.
Also have a good look at the presets' priorities, perhaps.

Let us know if this helps you find the cause!
If not, we can look into your showfile deeper and see if something is odd there.

Good luck!
