Everything is lost!

Sorry guys,
I have a big-big problem..
I saved a lot of fixtures, really a lot..
Today I simply click on OPTION- select my device-select my showfile- an click on OPEN.
Everything is disappeared, no patch, no fixtures, nothing..!! I don't save, just click on open!!
what's happened? What can I do?

I am sorry that this has happened. You don't say it explicitly, but we assume you are talking about using Cuety with an LPU, correct? And is this on a mobile device? or on a desktop computer / laptop?

We would like to know if you can see what the size of the file is. Anything over about 616B(ytes) means there is added information in there.

yes, I have a Cuety LPU, I use that by iPad.
the file is 612 byte  :'(
I  really just click on "open" button

It seems that your file has been erased.
I am sorry about that, but sadly there is no solution to get it back.
This is the first time that we get this kind of problem reported.

DId you already use this backup file to restore it before or was it the first time?

we have the same problem here.  all fixtures - scenes - deleted. error occures after all fixtures where switched off. we run cuety on mac and on ipad parallel - seems error occurs
on the LPU 1 unit - is there maybe a sd card in the unit that is corrupted and has to be replaced? before it worked for us more than 3 years flawlessly.

hello, I am sorry to read that you have lost your show.
There is no SD card in the LPU, we use onboard memory following our solid state policy.
Your show file is stored in the LPU itself, but when you create a backup of your show file it will create a file on your computer or portable device.
So, even if the LPU has lost its settings, you will be able to use your backup to directly restore everything.
