To address your two issues in order:
- Cuety / LPU were not designed with 'subfixtures' in mind. The 28 channel mode you are referring to has individual RGBWhiteAmberUv channels for each of the four LEDs. When exporting this for Cuety, these five traits will only be applied to in this case the fourth LED. Effectively losing you 15 channels.
There is a workaround for this, but means you will be patching more fixtures in Cuety to use the single physical one.
Or choose a different mode, like the six or ten channel modes.
With regard to the disconnection: could you let me know what kind of network you are on? What kind of device is running the Cuety app?
