CC3 lost could ID, offline + time drift

So, got called out on service today. Our CC3 didn´t show up in the cloud, so I went to the place and can now see that the Cloud ID field was suddenly  empty. Added ID, CC3 back up in the purple cloud.

Also, clock had drifted, it was 14 minutes in front of the atomic clock, i.e. 11:17 instead of real time 11:03.

Unit has been online all the time as far as I am aware.

Hi Kn00t,

You should be able to see in the events in Purple Cloud when the unit went 'offline'. This might give you a clue to work from in finding out what has happened.
Do you know if anything has been done to the CueCore in the meantime? A reboot, factory reset or backup restore for instance?

If you happen to know how long the CueCore has been running to accumulate this drift, that would be good to know.
Again: feel free to sync it with an NTP server via the settings page.
