Issues by updating Personality Files

I have some Cuety LPU2 to controll the Lights.

I am going to control the LPUs either via Tablet and via Windows Notebook. Do I need to copy the personality file to the tablets and Notebooks?

Only the device that you will use to patch the lights needs to have the user.personality file.
SO if your user.personality file is on your computer and you do the patch of your LPU from this computer it will work.
Then once the patch is done, you can use any device to connect to the LPU even if they do not have the personality file. The only limitation will be that you cannot patch any new unit of the fixture from them.
