Hi,
We have controlled our IoCore2 from Pixera for a year now, but after a network update, the Iocore2 is in "Standalone-mode" only and not receiving commands. The Iocore2 was always in "Controlled by other unit" mode before.
The network change was only IP adress change and we changed the address in Pixera and Iocore2 accordingly, but the Iocore2 is in standalone mode persistent. Any ideas?

I am sorry to read that you are having some problems with your IoCore2.
It shoudl always display "stand alone", except when it is connected to the Cuelux Pro software.
The Pixera plugin use API that doesn't request the mode of the IoCore2 to change. I do not know which protocol teh plugin is using ( OSC, UDP or TCP) but doo. you see messages coming from Pixera in the IoCore2's monitor?

SOLVED
Hi, thank you for your respond. I checked and there where no UDP coming in.
I got in touch with the Pixera people too. The fault was in the pixera. After the IP change, I had to re-initialize the serial-module (in the Pixera) to make it work again.
Thanks
