Hi all
New to Cuety i should have the following Fixture for the LPU-1 and Cuety:
https://glp.de/files/products/x4-atom-product-data/impression_X4_atom_12_Way_PSU_User_Manual_v1.0.pdf
Page 11, chapter 6 are the DMX spezifications.

Note: We suggest to patch the Atom PSU as one 2 channel fixture
and each connected Atom head as one 9 channel fixture

Can you do that? And how will I get the fixture?

Best and thanks in advance
Thomas

... ore should I take a generic model?
When yes, witch one?

The single lamp says:

    LED Anzahl: 1
    LED-Farben: RGBW: CwWw

Optisches System

    min. Zoom: 3,5°
    max. Zoom: 34°

Thanks in advance! Thomas

Please find your fixture file included,
Cuety do not manage sub-fixtures, so I did as you said by splitting the PSU into one fixture for the PSU itself, and one fixture for the heads/projectors.
You will see in the file one fixture X4 atom PSU and an other one X4 atom head.
First patch the PSU one, at the DMX address of the fixture, the patch 12 heads at the following DMX addresses.
To know how to add the file to your Cuety app, you can have a look at this post: https://forum.visualproductions.nl/forum/index.php?topic=857.0
Enjoy ;)

Thanks Julien
for the quick response.
I imported the fixtures in Cuety but sadly it is not working...
I made a pdf with my approach. Would be nice if you could get in to that to see where the problem could be.
Thanks
Thomas

From the screen shots you made, it seems that you set the head in continuous reset ( custom 1 at full).
Could you give it a try with only the intensity of teh head at full, and the the head with full intensity and full shutter , and just the red color on.
If it doesn't work, could you connect to the webinterface of the LPU typing its ip address in a web-browser and send me a screenshot of the monitor?

Good morning, Julien

The problem has been sorted.
My mistake:
The DMX start address for PSU was set to 1, but the DMX start address for Head 1 was still set to 352....

So sound engineer Thomas has learnt something new again.

Many thanks and best regards,
Thomas

P.S. Will the preset you created be included in a fixture update?
I’ll definitely save your preset locally for future use.

Glad to know that you get it sorted!
Having 2 different DMX addresses for the fixture was definitely a tricky thing!

The fixture file, I sent you will be included in the factory library with a next version update.
For now, keep it locally as a user file.
