Nothing is coming up when I open folder

Hey, can you share more information what is this screenshot about, please?.

Also confirm the file name is exactly `user.personality` (no hidden `.zip` or `.txt`) and share a screenshot of the folder.

Most likely cause is the file still being zipped or renamed by the OS, or placed in the wrong app sandbox. Cuety only reads the exact file in its internal folder, not downloads or external locations.

Make sure the file is unzipped first, then copied into the Cuety folder via the OPTIONS → folder/import path (not just stored on the device). After that, fully close and reopen Cuety.

Quick test: if the file is correct, you will see a new manufacturer in `{ }`. If not, the file is either not in the right location or not recognized due to naming.

I unzipped it and nothing popping up

we checked the zip archive, the user. personality file is in it.
if you do not see it when you unzip it, maybe it is your antivirus deleting it because it doesn't know this type of files.
Try to deactivate your security software before trying to unzip it again.
