Also confirm the file name is exactly `user.personality` (no hidden `.zip` or `.txt`) and share a screenshot of the folder.
Most likely cause is the file still being zipped or renamed by the OS, or placed in the wrong app sandbox. Cuety only reads the exact file in its internal folder, not downloads or external locations.
Make sure the file is unzipped first, then copied into the Cuety folder via the OPTIONS → folder/import path (not just stored on the device). After that, fully close and reopen Cuety.
Quick test: if the file is correct, you will see a new manufacturer in `{ }`. If not, the file is either not in the right location or not recognized due to naming.
