Hello everyone,

First of all, thank you so much for your help with Cuety. Everything is working perfectly now thanks to your support, and I really appreciate the time you took to help me.
I recently bought a new lighting effect and I have another request. Would it be possible for someone to create a Cuety fixture/profile for this light? Unfortunately, there is no brand name or model number, but I do have the specifications, which I have attached. Would anyone be willing to help me with this? I would really appreciate it!
Thank you very much in advance! Johan

Hello Johan,

First of all thanks for reaching out, and nice to hear Cuety is working well now  ;D

I attached the Cuety user personality file for your fixture, the **7 Head LED Spider effect**, as a ZIP file. Please unzip it first and place the personality file in the correct Cuety user personality folder. More info about installing user personalities can be found here:
https://forum.visualproductions.nl/forum/index.php?topic=857.0

After loading the profile, you will find it under the manufacturer **[Miscellaneous]**. Scroll down to the bottom of that list and you should see the fixture there.

Because this is quite a complex effect fixture, I had to split it into several parts to make it usable in Cuety. So first patch the main **16-channel** or **36-channel** fixture mode. After that, add the extra parts separately: for the 16-channel mode, add the 7 individual white LED controls; for the 36-channel mode, add the 7 individual RGB LED parts.

Please give all these parts the same DMX address, for example address 1. Cuety will show this in red because it detects overlapping addresses, but in this case that is correct. The overlap is needed because all parts belong to the same physical fixture.

Good luck and enjoy!
