Hello,
We purchased a "Bstation2" unit to easily control 8 LED spotlights installed in the theater studio (a rehearsal room).
I am completely unable to get the device working, or even reset it to factory defaults.
I downloaded "vmanager"; the unit is detected, but the programming application does not appear when the device is plugged in.
Despite numerous attempts, nothing works.
It is as if the device isn't being recognized.
What can I do?
