Does Cuety remote app work with cuelux and cuelux cable?   The app won’t find my computer.   Also, When i enable remote on my surface tablet, it doesn’t give the ip address.

Yes, the Cuety Remote app can be used with Cuelux 

The CueCable stays connected to the Surface by USB; Cuety Remote connects over the network to the computer running Cuelux, not directly to the CueCable.

In Cuelux, enable Options → Remote. Since you are not seeing an IP address there, first check that the Surface has a valid IPv4 address in Windows. Then close Cuelux completely, connect the Surface to Wi-Fi/Ethernet first, restart Cuelux and check the Remote page again. The Surface and the device running Cuety Remote also need to be on the same local network.

If it still does not appear, please send us your Cuelux version, Cuety Remote version, Windows version, and a screenshot of Options → Remote. Also let us know if the CueCable is detected normally under Options → Hardware and local DMX control is working.
