What are the (big) things you are working on right now?
What/when can we expect a new update?

asap! Just need tick a few more item of my todo list before release the next cuelux. I am thinking about making it 'beta' first because it has quite a few changes by now.

The personality editor will take a bit longer...

As long as Cuelux just works (and doesn't crash), I'm happy ;)
I'm looking forward to see the new items in Cuelux  ;D

Maybe something like a timeline for adding and editing cuelists? :) ::)

Wow you just gave a year's more work!  ;)

In seriousness, I think your suggestions are very valid, however, Cuelux is not the right product for all of the features. Please keep in mind the concept of Cuelux: simplicity, Entry-level.

However:
- a clock will be available in the next release
- group hotkeys can simply be done by assigning groups to the playback buttons
- XX.x cuelists I think are not that necessary because you can insert cues in any position in the cuelist. And you can change the order of the cues. Or am I missing another reason behind XX.X feature?

The other features are more appropriate a 'larger' product.

PS. Could you expand a little on the 'chase presets' idea? I am not sure i get it yet, but am curious about it....

Found another 'entry-level'-product that has a timeline AND visualisation! (Take a look at: http://www.sweetlight-controller.com/english/soft1.html)
Why don't you consider it? :-X

hi djawere,

It's not so much the lack of consideration; more the lack of hours within a day that forces me to set priorities and start with the features that I deem are most important (like cross platform, cuelists and a nice GUI). Once we've completed that we can always work on something new...

.. and a nice GUI ..
What's wrong with the GUI? ;)

But I understand it's a lot work to make a time-line. But I thought you meant that it will be never is this software because it is a 'entry-level-product'.. Hope it will be added to your endless to-do-list some day ;) ;D
