Hmm... since today I have a BCF 2000 in white  ;D
I use it with Mac Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.3 and Windows 7

My problems are: I must double push on the buttons to play or stop a Cue bzw. change the bank.
Bank 1: the first three fader move synchron up and down if I touch one of them.

Where can I change this settings? Sorry I´m a noob  :-[

Beezer, for me that worked:

download this program:

http://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/

and this file:

http://www.visualproductions.nl/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=871.0;attach=57

(I don't know if this link works. If it does not, the file is in the last reply of the first page of this topic)

Open SysExLibrarian and you'll see an "Add..." button. Select the file and push "Play" to send it to the BCF. The led screen should start to flash and when it finish, everything should work. IMPORTANT: Once you have done the whole process, SAVE the preset (look at the BCF manual). If you don't, when you switch the BCF off,  you have to do everything again...

Good luck!... and sorry for my english...

Sorry, I don't understant what you mean with "Where". Did you send the SysEx file to the BCF and it works? If you have sent it to the preset1, just overwrite it

Yes it works... but if I switch the BCF2000 off and later on -> it don´t work with the new settings... it seems to load the factory settings

Sorry my English is bad, too  :-X

That is what I mean. You have to press the "store" button twice to save the data.

Please take a look in the first post:

Quote

Send/Store SysEX Dump:

Exit the GS Mode with the Exit Button or restart your bcf2000
Select the preset you want to overwrite
Select in MidiOX View/SysEX
Select "Send Sysex File" in first Menu and select the file you want to send (for cuelux preset the attached sysex dump)
MidiOX sends the file and the BCD shows an animation on the display

If it is a complete SysEX Dump, the bcf stores all the data automaticlly
If you just send one preset (like the cuelux sysex dump) you must store the received data to one preset.

To do so, just press the store button once (led flashes), select the preset you want to overwrite with the preset buttons, press
store again to overwrite the selected preset with the received data.

You are done configuring your bcf2000. Reset it once!

I've a strange problem.. When I'm using my BCF, some buttons are acting strange. When changing the bank, I've to press twice and the lcd says: "on" and "off".
Also the led stays on.

I solved this problem by flashing the sysex-file (v2) again. But when I accidentally hit the preset-button, my preset is lost?! So I have to flash it on and on...

How to solve this?

Your preset is not lost, you just have to go back to the previous preset.  I'm afraid that the only solution is not to hit the preset button. Put some tape on them or something to avoid pressing them accidentally...

Going back to P1 doesn't help..
And tape looks crappy.. There should be another solution...

hi Rick,

Have a look again at the very first post in this topic; it sounds like you still need to store the preset.
