JB HD winner strobe problem

we have 4 HID winners.. there is no ficture in visualdmx cold JB WINNER HID.
so we try the winner 2 but when we touch the strobo functie above 25% he does't strobe he gona shake ( the tilt ) is there an optie to make an new fixture cold winner HID ? where the strobe functie is normal ?
